This library is a Dell PowerVault 136T.
Dell service tag is 83TD511.
The ADIC (the actual manufacturer) serial number is 31340-1B7-4001. (Found on sticker located at bottom left corner on the back of the library.)
Access to the Advanced Service menu can be gained using the numeric password 4535.
