It's 29U tall and an awful brown color. It's an odd depth and has a lot of open space in the bottom instead of a floor to lay things on. Despite this, it works better than the previous [[Rack]] -- I can put rackmount rails in it without problem.

2014-12-27: This rack has been removed from the data center<ref>basement</ref> and is now in the loading dock<ref>garage</ref> awaiting its next adventure.This rack is now holding up equipment at the Loveland Creator Space.

As this edit is made, the switches, the Dell and IBM servers, and the Sun V20z are all in the replacement. Everything in this rack has been moved to the New_new_rack. (But there are still a few things sitting on top.)

An old Prime Computer "Peripheral Bay Cabinet" rack is in the process of being populated with FnordNet gear. There's a sticker on the back bearing the serial number (or maybe a model number) CCD 3082.
