Intel (née Qlogic (née Silverstorm (née InfinIO))) 9024 SDR Infiniband switch. (There's a long story there and I'm not sure I have it totally correct, but... Factory default username and password for this switch are admin and adminpass.
Management IP for this device is 172.16.0.249. Command line access is available over SSH. A web interface (over http and https) also exists.
